Use a stake or spade to make 10 cm drills
in the grow box or pot, making sure you leave
the right amount of space between each plant.

The plant roots should point downwards
and be separated. In one quick movement,
cover with soil and press down lightly to
remove any pockets of air. Make sure that
you bury plants as deeply as before.

When you have finished transplanting the
seedlings, water gently, making sure that the
roots remain covered. You can punch holes in
a water bottle or jar lid to produce a fine spray.
